Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ClickInvite's services. By placing an order or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using ClickInvite's services at clickinvite.co.tz, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Definitions
In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
- "ClickInvite," "we," "us," "our" — refers to ClickInvite, a digital invitation service based in Mikocheni, Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (clickinvite.co.tz).
- "Client," "you," "your" — refers to the individual or entity placing an order or using our services.
- "Guest" — refers to a person whose contact information you provide to us for invitation delivery.
- "Invitation" — refers to any digital invitation card or event communication created by ClickInvite for a client.
- "Services" — refers to all offerings provided by ClickInvite, including design, customization, distribution, RSVP management, and reporting.
- "Platform" — refers to our website clickinvite.co.tz and any associated communication channels (WhatsApp, email).

Services Offered
ClickInvite offers three service plans. Features included in each plan are as follows:

ClickInvite reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service plan with reasonable notice. We will honour all confirmed and paid orders under the terms agreed at the time of purchase.

Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed by contacting us via WhatsApp (+255 764 474 846), phone (+255 652 474 845), or email (info@clickinvite.co.tz).
Order Process:
- Contact ClickInvite and select your desired plan.
- Provide all required event details (event type, date, venue, guest list, preferred design).
- Receive a quotation based on your number of guests and chosen plan.
- Confirm your order and make payment as agreed.
- We begin designing and preparing your invitations within the agreed timeline.
Payment Terms:
- Payment is required in full or as a deposit (as agreed) before work commences.
- We accept payment via mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) and bank transfer.
- Prices are stated in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- ClickInvite reserves the right to adjust pricing for new orders. Confirmed, paid orders will not be affected by price changes.

Delivery & Timelines
ClickInvite will use reasonable efforts to deliver services within the agreed timelines. Standard delivery timelines are:
- Template-based invitations (Starter & Advance): Ready within 1–2 business days after all event information and payment are received.
- Custom design invitations (Premium): Ready within 2–4 business days after all event information and payment are received.
- Urgent orders: May be accommodated for an additional fee. Contact us to confirm availability.
Timelines may be affected by delays in receiving required information from the client. We cannot guarantee delivery deadlines if event details are provided late. Please contact us as early as possible before your event.
Distribution to guests (via WhatsApp, SMS, or other agreed channels) will begin only after client approval of the final invitation design.

Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you confirm and agree to the following:
- All event information, names, dates, and details you provide are accurate and correct. ClickInvite is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the client.
- You have obtained the consent of all guests whose phone numbers or contact details you provide to us for invitation distribution, in compliance with applicable Tanzanian law.
- You will provide a complete, accurate guest list in a timely manner to avoid delays.
- You will review and approve the invitation design before distribution is initiated. Once you approve and distribution begins, changes cannot be made.
- You are responsible for ensuring your event venue details, map links, and other event information provided to us are correct.
- You will not use our services to distribute content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable law.

Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Before design work begins: Full refund of any payment made, minus any transaction fees incurred.
- After design work begins but before distribution: 50% refund of total payment made. Design work already completed is non-refundable.
- After distribution to guests has begun: No refund is available as the service has been substantially delivered.
- Errors made by ClickInvite: If we make an error in the design or distribution (e.g., incorrect date, wrong venue), we will correct it promptly at no additional cost and may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
Refunds for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client are not available. Always double-check all details before approving the final design.
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us within 24 hours of your concern arising via WhatsApp or email.

Intellectual Property
Our Content: All design templates, graphics, branding, website content, and original materials created by ClickInvite are our intellectual property and are protected under applicable copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our templates for commercial use without written permission.
Your Content: Event details, photos, and content you provide to us remain your property. By providing such content, you grant ClickInvite a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your invitations.
Portfolio Use: ClickInvite may display completed invitation designs in our portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of ordering.

Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use ClickInvite's services for any of the following:
- Distributing spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications not related to a genuine event
- Distributing content that is defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, or unlawful
- Impersonating another person or organisation
- Distributing invitations on behalf of a third party without their knowledge or consent
- Using our platform to promote illegal activities or content prohibited under Tanzanian law
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our platform or proprietary design tools
ClickInvite reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms, without refund.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- ClickInvite's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in dispute.
- ClickInvite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or reputational harm.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to network outages, platform downtime (WhatsApp, SMS gateways), natural disasters, or acts of government.
- We do not guarantee that guests will receive, open, or respond to invitations, as delivery depends on third-party platforms (WhatsApp, mobile networks) and the accuracy of guest contact details provided by you.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClickInvite, its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms of Service
- Incorrect or misleading information you provided to us
- Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party
- Claims by guests that their personal information was shared without their consent

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ClickInvite's services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
